New President for Timboon & District Healthcare Service

At its annual election of Officer Bearers for the Timboon & District Healthcare Service Mr. John Renyard was elected President to lead the Healthcare Service for the coming year. He will be supported by Vice-President Mr. Tom Walsh and Treasurer Mr. Josh McKenzie.

Mr. John Renyard said “he was looking forward to leading the Healthcare Service and developing the new Community Services wing which is currently being costed by the Quality Surveyor.

Mr. Michael Broomhall after eleven years on the Board of Management has tendered his resignation. Board members paid tribute the contribution Mr. Michael Broomhall has made to the Timboon & District Healthcare Service since 1998. Mr. Broomhall held the joint office of Vice-President/Treasurer for 6 years, Treasurer for three years and held the office of President in 2009.

Other members of the Timboon & District Healthcare Service are: Margaret Bull, Margaret McKenzie, Catherine Marr, Gary Castledine and Ray Smith.
