1. Nursing and Allied Health Rural Locum Service

(NAHRLS) The Australian Government has established the Nursing & Allied Health Rural Locum Scheme (NAHRLS) to support nurses, midwives and allied health professionals in rural and regional Australia to get away to do the professional development training they need to continue their vital work.

NAHRLS will find you and your workplace a suitable locum for the period you are away. The scheme supports all locum recruitment, travel and accommodation costs. Organisations can also apply for locum support for their staff.

2. Specialist Obstetrician Locum Scheme (SOLS)

SOLS is a workforce support program designed to supply affordable, quality locum relief to rural specialist and GP obstetricians. The program is funded by the Australian Government.

Finally we have a solution built by health for health, to reduce the drain on resources of relief staff rostering.
 
CasConnect is that solution, built on a nationally recognised platform which we have enhanced to provide as an integrated online and support service. CasConnect reduces the time, hassle and cost of matching your shift vacancies with relief staff.
 
The Department of Health has provided funding to grow CasConnect across the whole of Victoria starting in the Barwon Southwest region. We will cover the cost of implementation for a limited period and invite you to join CasConnect now.
