PDH August Employee of the Month

Gaylene has fulfilled the Acting Manager role with 100% commitment.

An excellent role model by sharing knowledge, Gaylene is also supportive, approachable and regularly praises and considers her staff.

Gaylene has been working very long hours in recent weeks, covering for all shifts that have been vacant, and never complaining.

The 98.9% in the External Cleaning Survey is a result of Gaylene’s hard work with her team.

Gaylene was nominated for this award along with Danielle Stuchbery - Administration Officer at Harbourside Lodge, Donna Eichler - Chronic and Complex Care Team Leader, Yvonne Simons – Allied Health Administrator, Leah Tonkin - Registered Nurse, Acute Ward and A&E Department Team.
