  The service provides 'Meals on Wheels' five days per week for local residents in need of support. Arrangement is through the Homecare office at the Surf Coast Shire.

  Acute Care
  
  Lorne Community Hospital has a 6 bed acute care area with 24 hour division one nursing staff and medical support from the Lorne Medical Centre.

  All rooms overlook the ocean promoting early recovery.

  Lorne Community Hospital promotes inlcusive care and discharge planning.

  Private respite and Restorative care is available with a multidisplinary team approach to care. Weekly team meetings are held to enhance the patient goal process.
