In line with the National Heart Foundations Heart Week, Colac Area Health's Health Promotion priorities and also National State and Local Government priority areas.

We aim to educated and aware Colac Area Health Staff and Clients, as well as our community on the importance of maintaining heart health.

The theme of the week is "take your heart for a walk". We will be encouraging physical activity, healthy meals and providing free blood pressure test from the Health Promotion Caravan. Please see our timetable for more information about the events.
