Employment: Registered Nurse - Community Nursing

An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse Division 1 to join our Community Nursing team. 

The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years nursing experience, a Post Graduate qualification in palliative care or be working toward same. You will also possess the ability to work across community nursing programs including home nursing, post - acute care, hospital in the home and palliative care. To be successful in this role you will need to have a team player attitude and be prepared to work a flexible roster including the occasional on call for palliative care.

A post graduate qualification in community nursing or currently working towards a relevant post tertiary community nursing certificate is also desirable.
