The domain\user name consists of SWARH\ and your username as when you log into your computer at Colac Area Health up to 8 characters and without the CAH.
eg SWARH\gvharris
The password is the same as the one you use to log into your computer.

Password = hello1 (or your password of choice)
If you do not have a Colac Area Health payroll number your Username will be your first initial and your surname.
