Cancer Patient Information Centres in the Barwon South Western Region

Cancer Patient Information Centres at Geelong and Portland have been developed in recognition of the need for timely access to appropriate information about cancer and cancer services. The Centres provides a quiet space where patients, family and friends and health professionals, can drop in and access booklets, brochures or DVDs to assist them in their cancer journey.

It is a free confidential service assisted by a Cancer Support Nurse who will be able to answer any questions and direct people to the most appropriate resources.

Andrew Love Cancer Patient Information Centre:

Located in the breezeway on the right hand side between the Andrew Love Cancer Centre and The Geelong Hospital (enter via Swanston Street)

Located at Portland District Health and Community Centre 33 Otway Street, Portland.
